AIN Insert
High Five AIN inserts are produced from the highest quality aluminum nitride ceramics available. AIN is utilized in modern medical applications such as bone & joint replacements and/or coatings of bone replacements due to the unique mechanical & chemical characteristics and nontoxic, biocompatible nature.
AIN has extremely high thermal conductivity of over 200 w/m/K which is 133x more than Quartz. Elevate your Duo experience with the insert that offers superior flavor preservation & vaporization efficiency vs all other materials currently being offered. The insert has a large 16mm diameter bowl to accommodate even the most experienced users. The AIN insert can be torched clean with a direct flame for easy maintenance resulting in it appearing almost if it were brand new.
*HOW TO USE*
- Place the insert WITHOUT any concentrate into your DUO
- Ensure your DUO is turned on and set your desired temperature. Set the hit extend to 0 and do 1 dry/preheat cycle first (without any concentrate). Once the dry/preheat heat cycle is finished, manually initiate another one by holding the square button for 5 seconds again and then insert your concentrate.
- Once finished, use a dry Q-tip and gently wipe away any residue
*IMPORTANT NOTES*
- Never expose the insert directly to a torch or flame
- Always use a dry Q-tip when cleaning the insert while it's hot
- Allow insert to cool inside your DUO before removing to clean
- Do not use whole diamonds with your insert. Diamonds must be crushed
- Do not use wet or cold concentrate (your concentrate should never sizzle)
- Ensure the insert is at room temperature before applying any type of cleaning solution. Never place a warm/hot insert into liquid of any kind as this can cause thermal shock and result in cracking.
